You can easily change the size of your product if we have it in stock. Simply place a new order with the preferred size and contact our customer service at genet@genetcollection.no to return your existing product 💌
Please note that you have 30 days from delivery to make a return if you want to change the size. See our full return and exchange policy here.
You can apply the discount codes in the shopping cart before you get to the checkout. You will find a discount code field saying "Discount code or gift card" on the order summary, under the products in your checkout.
We do our best to keep delivery times as short as possible. Standard shipping within Norway takes 1-3 business days.

Worldwide Shipping
We will send you an email directly after the order has been shipped from our warehouse. All orders placed before 13:00 will be shipped the same day and all orders after will ship the next labor day. 🚚
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped from our warehouse. Follow the tracking link provided to see the status of your shipment. All our shipments include a tracking number for your convenience.t
In the event that shipments are unable to be delivered due to address/Folkeregister errors or if parcels are not collected at the post office and consequently returned to us, a fee of 249 NOK will be charged to the buyer if they opt for a re-delivery. Alternatively, if the buyer chooses to cancel the order, this amount will be deducted from the refund. More information about it, here.
To initiate a return, please contact us via email at genet@genetcollection.no 💌. In your message, include your order number and specify the products you wish to return.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility, as we do not cover or refund these expenses. Please note, we recommend sending your items with tracking, as we cannot be held liable for any items that fail to reach us.

If you receive a package from us that has been damaged during transport, you must file a claim with the shipping company.
Please provide the following information:
- Shipping number.
- Type of claim (Damage/Deficiency).
- In case of damage: Photos of the damaged goods and the package.
- Weight of damaged/lost goods.
- Brief explanation of the type of damage (Fully damaged, partially damaged, etc.).
- Total amount of the claim.
Additionally, you can inform us of the incident so we can follow up on the case.
Once your return has been processed, you will receive a refund. All refunds will be made to the original payment method. It typically takes 3-10 business days after the return is processed for the funds to be credited to your account. The fee of processing and shipping (from 79, up to 149 nok) will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
