SHIPPING

Delivery Time:

The standard delivery time within Norway is 1 to 3 days. During holidays, campaigns, or other special events, delivery times may vary, and we ask for your understanding.

If you place your order before 13:00 hs from Monday to Friday, the package will be shipped the same day.

Shipping Rates:

  • Norway Shipping: We are delighted to offer free shipping on all orders above 599 kr. For orders under 599 kr we have a flat shipping rate of NOK 69 at any destination within the country.
  • Worldwide Shipping: Free shipping rates and delivery time will be shown at checkout based on the selected shipping country.

Please note, additional costs such as transfer fees, exchange rate fees, or import duties may apply outside of the European Union, for which the customer is responsible.

EXCHANGE & RETURN

Exchange Process:

Returns must be made within 14 days from the delivery date for a refund. For exchanges, such as a different size or color, you have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate this process.

  • Step 1: Place a new order in our online store for the desired size.
  • Step 2: Return the original item If it meets the return conditions.

Return shipping:

Return shipping costs are your responsibility, as we do not cover or refund these expenses. Please note, we recommend sending your items with tracking, as we cannot be held liable for any items that fail to reach us.

Return Conditions:

Items must be returned unused, with tags intact, and free from signs of wear such as perfume or deodorant. 

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Final sale items (Outlet)
  • Gift cards
  • Products not in original condition
  • Products without tags
  • Products showing signs of wear or damage

REFUND

Return processing and refund:

Please note that it can quickly take up to 1 weeks from the time you submit a return until it has been processed. When your return has been processed, depending on the payment solution you used, it may take a few days before you receive money in your account/deducted from the invoice.

The money is always refunded to the same account/payment method you used when purchasing. The cost of processing and shipping (from 79, up to 149 nok) will be deducted from the amount to be refunded. Shipping costs are not refunded.
